Head to the quaint village of Chançay, at the heart of AOC Vouvray to meet your guide, the wife of the winemaker at the family-owned winery you'll be touring. Hear about the history of a winery owned by your guide's parents-in-laws since 1973 and immerse yourself in life at the winery for a few hours.  Take a guided walk in the vineyard surrounding the winery to learn about the French AOC system and its strict rules, as well as the art of vine-growing throughout the year.
