We gave 5-star rating due to we were able to get to Pisa and Lucca and got back to our cruise ship in time. Pisa and Lucca were so great! We enjoyed these places very much. Bus tour was not very organized. We had to wait quite a long time. The time we lost for waiting could had been spent at Pisa or Lucca.

This excursion was a bus transfer only however we got so much more! The guide that accompanied us was excellent and would certainly recommend. The driver even took us back to the ship rather than the drop off point in Livorno. Lucca is the hidden gem of Tuscany.
