Then, go on an exhilarating 5-minute boat ride through the Zambezi River current, twisting and turning as your captain navigates their way through rocky channels toward the column of spray rising from the falls. When you get to the rocky Livingstone Island, the staff will greet you with a traditional energy drink before you are guided to the edge of the waterfall on the eastern side of the island, which overlooks Rainbow Falls and the Horseshoe. You’re then led to the island’s western side that overlooks the Main Falls. Swim upstream in a slow current with a rope in place for safety, then climb onto a different rocky outcrop near the falls' edge and the Devils Pool. Lie on the rock lip at the pool’s edge and gaze right into the chasm of Victoria Falls, as massive water torrents flow just meters away. If you bring your camera, the guides can take photos and videos of you while you enjoy an adrenaline rush. It was a lovely daytrip. We flew through immigrations on both the Zambian and Botswana side. I was in doubt about whether there would be charges at the boarders which there were not. The game drive was so nice and the driver was the nicest man. He definetly had our best interest at heart and did his best to find as many animals as possible. We saw elefants everywhere and a lot of hippos and crocodiles. The lunch offered was the most delicious buffet! Fruits, vegetables, meats and ice cream ;) All in all a great day, that I would be happy to repeat.

Booked the sunrise to sunset tour to chobe national park so that I could get in early before the crowd. Got to see zebras on the way. There is no lion in Chobe National park. If you must see, don't choose here. Got to see giraffes, elephants, hippos, impalas and gibbons everywhere! The sunset setting on the river was amazing.

Guide, Simon was excellent. He was informative and easy going, with an excellent sense of humour. Victoria falls is a spectacular scenery in itself, and visiting towards the end of the rainy season makes one to appreciate nature's forces.

Úžasný zážitek, skvěle organizovaný i zabezpečený. Jednoznačně doporučuji !
