What a wonderful visit to this magical place. We expected to be here for about an hour but stayed for over 4!! had a superb coffee in the cafe as we had arrived early for our 11.30 slot. A very informative guided tour with easy to use device & ear phones followed by a walk around the gardens. Can't wait to see then band stand when it's completed. All of the staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make our visit a memorable one. A must see visit for any Beatles fan who wants to know a little bit more about Strawberry Field!!

We had wanted to visit Strawberry Field for some time and finally made it. It has great significance both to Beatles fans and to those interested in the work and development of the Salvation Army both of which are closely intertwined in the exhibition. We were talking to one of the workmen on site building a bandstand who was also very knowledgeable. We enjoyed a late full English breakfast in the cafe following our trip through the exhibition. Really tasty and great value for money.

If you are a John Lennon fan then this is a perfect day out for you. If you are not a John Lennon fan this is a perfect day too. We live in Liverpool and have driven past Strawberry Field a lot! Was a great opportunity to see the life of Lennon, walk in the grounds and have a bite to eat. Better still 3 kids went free!
