Day 1 Catch the morning train to Kalambaka at 7:52 AM from Athens Larissa railway station. Upon your arrival in Kalambaka at around 12 PM, your English-speaking driver will be waiting for you at the train station holding a signboard with your name on it to transfer you to your hotel. In the late afternoon, the VIP minibus will pick you up from your hotel to join the Meteora Sunset Tour. Lisa is very nice .. she explained to us many interesting things related to Delphi/ Greece history. Arachova village was a nice to visit, however, we have only given one hour, which was only used for lunch. I recommend this tour, if you are interested to history.

Though it’s a long journey, it’s definitely worth it if you have time. Our guide was excellent and took very good care of us even thought we were a large group. The place is breathtaking!
