Full description
Sintra is a "True glorious Garden of Eden", as the famous British poet Lord Byron described it. Discover this paradise just outside Lisbon, and see why people like Hans Christian Andersen and Gloria Swanson were delighted with the magic and mystique emanating from the palaces, villas and estates of this charming village. On this tour, you’ll get to know the Pena National Palace and its profusion of exotic and eclectic styles, united in a perfect masterpiece of architectural Romanticism. Prepare to be awestruck by guided visits inside Sintra National Palace and Convento dos Capuchos.  Enjoy a delicious meal in a traditional Portuguese restaurant with regional delicacies. After lunch, it’s time to see the world-famous Pena Palace. It’s practically a visual synonym for Sintra, with its vibrant colors and fusion of styles. The fact it is nested on top of the hill also enhances its mystical aura, especially when it’s surrounded by fog, which is not uncommon. Time to return to Lisbon, as we drive along the Marginal Avenue and see the beautiful coastline connecting the capital to Cascais.

Visiting time a little too short, especially on the second, Quinta da Regaleira, which would have deserved at least an hour and a half more.

good travel agency , bad tour guide

During the visit to Palácio Nacional de Pena, the tour guide said that these rooms are not important and we don’t need to see... but we really want to see. Overall bad experience......。 But the travel agency is good, the problem is stated in the guide
