Full description
This tour takes you by boat to the south side of the River Tejo in Lisbon, letting you explore a less touristy side and see the city from a different perspective. From the statue of Cristo Rei to a riverside walk, this is the best way to enjoy the widest views of Lisbon. Sometimes some distance provides surprising views. After a charming boat ride across the River Tejo in the traditional cacilheiro towards the south bank of the river, the first stop will be the temple of Cristo Rei, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the city after ascending on the Boca do Vento lift. Go further off the beaten tourist track as you walk along the south bank of the river. Look over the water at the enchanting city views as your backdrop. Then it is back on the boat as you cross the river back to the Old Town.

The experience was not just wonderful, it was unexpectedly fabulous! Before we have booked this attraction, we have read dozens reviews about it and they were all more or less positive. Our guide Nuno was amazing. My teenage son and me are both deeply interested in history and cultural things, and Nuno was the right guide for us! He was super knowledgeable, interesting, his English was immaculate and the stories were fascinating! He’s given us wider knowledge and understanding then we could possibly expect. Also, he spend much more time with us, then was indicated in the itinerary and nothing was too much for him. Strongly recommended!
