We booked hotel pickup for early 4:30am but transportation never came. There was also no message from the provider. It was only during a phone call that it turned out that this car was not allowed to drive into this part of the city. Only official taxis are allowed to do this. It would have been up to the provider to clarify this in advance, since the address was fixed. So we had to walk a long way in the middle of the night with full luggage to reach a newly agreed meeting point. That we customers had to organize this and were also exposed to the stress of being late to the airport was very poor service.
