This was a wonderful class, even though the location is not very centrally located. It was a nice facility led by an experienced teacher. I would like to have had the opportunity to make the bottom portion of the baked good for experience and so that is my only critique.

This is definitely one to do when in Lisbon. We loved the experience of baking the pastel de nata. The kitchen was spotless and clean. Well laid out and modern. Pedro who taught us was lovely and very helpful. We had a lovely small group and it was really nice to sit and have a drink, pastry and chat when we had finished baking. We even got to take some pastries away with us. Great experience and I would recommend anyone to do it

Somehow made perfect pastel de nata, not even a hint of scrambled eggs! Tanya was an amazing teacher, and gave excellent recommendations of things to do in Lisbon! I could not recommend this enough, will be making these at every event from now on, I feel very confident in what I have learnt ! If you are on the fence don't hesitate!
