Met a great group of different kinds of people. It was so nice to hear the history and culture behind the food in Lisbon. I liked being able to orient and immerse myself more in the culture. I’d recommend this tour in the beginning of your trip. It really enhances your view point for the rest of your time in the city.

Solo traveler here. Ended up meeting a great bunch of group and it was really fun getting to experience a little bit of the Portuguese culture with them. The tour guide, Yoana, was really fun and informative. Everything was great and followed the description of the tour. One thing I wish was different was the amount of walking we did. We only walked around the square so we barely did any walking.

We took this tour the our first day in Lisbon, December 7, 2022 . This was a great introduction to Lisbon culture and food. Our tour guide Joanne was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She and was able to pivot as the weather took a turn for the worse. Despite the rain and flooding we had a great time. Joanne worked hard to find dry places to share information and food. There were 3 other couples on this tour whom we did not know, but enjoyed touring with. All the food was amazing we even went back to the same places later that week. Be prepared there is lots of good drinks to try on this tour.
