      Would have preferred booking ahead for Peña Palace - was more difficult since I didn’t have cellular service in the vehicle. The response via phone or email was inadequate .Since the original tour was changed I think a partial refund should have been considered- or allowances made . Peña palace fees should be included in the price .

      Your representative on your toll free number was incompetent I asked for a pick up location near our hotel Avenida Palace in downtown Lisbon. He took time to determine the answer then told me fado museum. We got up one hour earlier to catch a cab which cost money. After picking us up, he drove to the next pick up place—which was 100 steps from our hotel ! What lousy service ! Why?? Absurd

      A good day out didn't feel rushed was given enough time. The guide was a good driver and knew the roads well. The entrance fee to sintra was not included in the cost of the tour and had to pay for tickets on line when the guide picked us up. When we got to sintra there is a 15 minute walk uphill to the place! After the visit we had lunch it wasn't until we sat down the guide said it was €25 3 course set lunch with free flowing water and wine. The food was good but the free flowing wine and water didn't happen a bit disappointing. The rest of the trip was pretty good.
