Very good bikes!, very nice people, very pragmatic, good route. The can improve (compared in other tours that I have taken) to have a wireless audio system to explain the city in a more direct didactic way. The cultural explanation of the city could be improved. Also, there was an accident in the group and a first aid kit would have been helpful. Also, they did not offered helmets.

The guide was a young girl from the Netherlands whose multilingual skill was awesome. I am afraid I missed her name on introduction. Lisbon has many beautiful historic areas and we were shown quite a few of them. The only problem I have with this particular tour was unfortunately all the other cyclists were Dutch speaking and me and my wife felt we missed out on some of the information. However we are glad we took part.

This was the most amazing and exhilarating way to see Lisbon. The streets are so hilly it would be impossible to walk it. I'm not the best bike rider but these bikes are easy to ride and the electric motor means that getting up the steepest hill is a breeze! Hugo the tour guide speaks perfect English and his knowledge is faultless. Also he makes you feel very safe in the sometimes busy traffic. Please give this a go I can't express enough how brilliant it is.
