Beautiful to see the city at night! L Comparing to previous experience which was on a bus- we liked the open trolley, however, the trolley driver was the tour guide… on previous moonlight bus tour (2019) there was a driver and a tour guide which provided more information and interaction. Also, the bus tour went to more places.

It is a fast paced tour that takes you by the majority of the monuments and state buildings in downtown DC. You have about 15 minutes to get out at the capital and about 30 min at the Lincoln Memorial. Seeing the monuments lit up at night is a special treat.

Mr. History who was our tour guide most definitely lived up to his name. He as extremely knowledgeable, engaging and just overall clearly loved what he did. He made the tour so much better than what I expected it to be. Getting to see the D.C. monuments at night was awesome, but he was the cherry on top with all of his knowledge.
