What people are saying about Limon Province, Costa Rica

The trip to La Pavona, although it was several hours by car, was very pleasant because the guide (Ronnie) explained things to us along the way and it was very interesting. Also, we stopped for a very good breakfast on the way. Once there, we took a boat that took us to the Tortuguero park and the boat trip was super entertaining, seeing many animals along the way. Once in the park, we made a route to go up to a viewpoint with spectacular views. It was a very full and beautiful day. Highly recommended!

Great, authentic, motivated, caring and well-informed tour guide: great job Federico!!! With excellent support from the AUGE - our bus driver discovered every sloth, every lizard, every monkey and every exciting bird on the tour in the bus, in the boat and on foot in the jungle.

Breathtaking environment. Super many exotic animals spotted by the expertise of the fun guide Julio. The lodge where we slept was also well organized in terms of food and excursions. Top

The guide Marceille Valentine was extremely professional and friendly, knowledgeable and real lover of nature. It was one of the best guides we have ever met.

Great trip with our guide Giovanni! Saw lots of animals, had a great breakfast and lunch and learned a lot on the way. Would definitely recommend!
