Take a retro guided tour of the beautiful city of Lille on board an iconic Citroen 2CV, as idiosyncratically French as a beret or baguette. Tours can vary from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, with room for up to 3 passengers. Riding in the famous car, feel the vroom-vroom of its tiny engine (2CV literally means "2 tax horsepower")! Lean over at every bend in the road and enjoy the vintage upholstery. If the weather’s right, you’ll tackle the cobbled streets with the roof rolled back and the wind in your hair. Your driver-guide will tell anecdotes about the city at every nook and cranny en route, and they'll advise you on the best places to go when you’ve regained your street legs! My guide Archi was fabulous! The tour in the Citron was intimate, educational and enlightening. My wife and I are moving Lille and the tour really helped me to more easily grasp the lay of the land and begin to understand and appreciate the prideful people and the different culture of Northern France.

Absolutely fantastic, from booking and arranging the time and pick up from our hotel to the tour itself! The two drivers who took our party of 6 (and our luggage after finding out our hotel was closing for the afternoon hours before we were due to leave for the tour) on an hours tour of the city, pointing out historical buildings of interest that lead to interesting conversation topics throughout the journey.

Good but late!

The trip was good but we were not picked up from our hotel as arranged. We had confirmed the address and time but no one came. After 20 minutes the company phoned to say that the driver was at a different place - the pick up point which was not near our hotel at all. In the end we started the tour 45 minutes late!
