    Meet your guide in Battery Park at Castle Clinton, a former fort. For the comprehensive option, you will have a guided tour of both Liberty and Ellis Island. For the express option, you will have a guided tour of Liberty Island and you can visit Ellis Island on your own. For the pre-ferry tour, you will get the essential information prior to boarding and access to audioguides while on the island. With all options you will have roundtrip ferry tickets to both Liberty and Ellis Islands and entry into the Museums. You may stay as long as you wish after the tour. No Pedestal access.

    Although I was worried of the uncertainty, everything went smoothly, easy process, the guide were there to greet and guide. I like the fact that a confirmation was sent the day before, letting me know where to go and how to get there, that gave me a peace of mind. Instructions easy to follow, excellent.

    The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island were great! But, if you expect to go into the 911 Memorial and Museum on this tour because of wording, they only take you to the Memorial area and leave. This tour does not take you into the Museum or Memorial. Our tour guide was great and shared alot of information that you normally would not know.
