My husband was having great difficulty walking to the Boatyard, a member of staff came to assist, his name was Phil, he helped us get to the boat and his colleague Glynis helped get my husband on to the boat, we were immensely grateful and would recommend the company wholeheartedly. x

Pleasant cruise inside cabin to protect from rain. Hot drinks served on jouney, alcohol also available. Good, humerous narration given along journey giving the history of Skipton and it's canal. We enjoyed the hour long trip and would recommend it to anyone visiting Skipton for the day.

Loved the trip, friendly staff. The only thing that let it down on our trip were some I go passengers who talked through a lot of the commentary. It would have been improved slightly if the speaker above our seat was working. I highly recommend the hour trip. One suggestion would be give clearer guidance on where the pick up point is. We were not the only ones looking bewildered trying to find it. Thanks for the trip, overall we enjoyed it and would come again.
