This small family-run farm, born only a few years ago, will let you to discover the authentic flavours and tastes of our land. Surrounded by the green countryside, you will taste 3 young and fresh wines, a still Rosè with fruity notes of peach, a white wine with hints of green apple, a light and harmonious local red wine. Susy, the host, will explain you the philosophy and vision of the farm, how they cultivate the vegetable garden, raise the chickens, maintain the vineyard and produce wine the sustainable way. The identity of each wine will then be explained, how it is born, the characteristics, the reason for the name and the chosen label. Everything will be accompanied by platters of cold cuts and cheeses, bread and bruschette with self-made vegetables, in a perfect and tasty pairing.

Taste 6 exceptional Garda wines of the ZF4 Cellar on this wine tasting in the historical center of Lazise. Learn the local winemaking traditions as you taste the different varieties, paired with local olive oil and snacks.   As you enter the aged cellar of the recently renovated historic courtyard, you’ll see how it retains hints of its rural past, which creates a relaxed and jovial atmosphere. Start your tasting with the fresh white and rosè wines, followed by a Bardolino. Then, it's on to 3 vintages of red wine, Syrah, Così, and Ettore. The tasting will be paired with quality cold cuts, cheese and bread, and Garda olive oil, produced by the cellar itself. During your tasting, learn the history and the philosophy behind their wine production, using traditional methods passed down through generations. Leave your experience with an authentic taste of one of the most well-known winemaking regions in the world.

During our wine tasting you will enjoy five delicious wines from the beautiful Veneto wine region. The tasting starts with a refreshing aperitivo. Then continues with a guided tour through our historic estate and vineyards. During the tour we pass our over 100 year old olive trees and the small SanGaetano chapel from the 17th century. Since we are located directly on the lakeside you will also enjoy a fantastic view over lake Garda. After the tour we will taste four more wines, accompanied by typical Italian antipasti, delicious cheese and regional cold cuts, as well as mineral water and olive oil from our own production.
