Start your tasting with the fresh white and rosè wines, followed by a Bardolino. Then, it's on to 3 vintages of red wine, Syrah, Così, and Ettore. The tasting will be paired with quality cold cuts, cheese and bread, and Garda olive oil, produced by the cellar itself. During your tasting, learn the history and the philosophy behind their wine production, using traditional methods passed down through generations.
