Our Bus Driver, Dawn, drove very well & handed out bottled water & lunches very well. Our Tour Guide, Gia, was Top-Notch among all tour guides I've ever experienced (years ago I myself was a Tour Guide (for grand Ole Opry Tours in Nashville); Gia truly outshone me! I appreciated her knowledge & her great sense of humor! Not having a smart phone & therefore no access to the app for evaluating Gia, I ask that you PLEASE ACCEPT this e-mail reply as my evaluation of the bus tour & of Dawn & Gia. Thanks!

It was my second time at the Grand Canyon and still had a lot of to learn and see! Such a wonderful experience. The hike was fun! I was a little nervous for the parents with young children because it is dangerous. Did you know that if you get lost, they charge you $1,200 to rescue you! That's crazy! Follow directions :) We took the bus from Las Vegas, it was a little delayed and we thought they might have left without us, so make sure you call to see if they haven't make it to your stop. Bus was clean and comfortable. It's a long drive but it doesn't feel that way because of the tour guide sharing knowledge, fun facts and a trivia game!

Grand Canyon was great. Trip from Las Vegas was long but had plenty of good stops on the way to break it up and Gia, our guide was excellent. She had lots of great information and her delivery was original. What can you say about the Grand Canyon, sensory overload.
