Negative: Picked up at 12 noon today. Checked in around 1pm and was still sitting at 14:30 waiting to be called for a helicopter ride that was due to leave at 13:45. Poor customer service in dealing with telling us that our flight had been delayed and made it a long afternoon...Feel they should have told us on check in. Transport should also be better - we were waiting at our pick up with others but they didn’t get picked up with us. But then after several stops we get put in a big bus and they were there. Surely must be better logistics. Taken back in a bus without air conditioning Positives - All that being said, the flight was very enjoyable, stunning views and much better I would imagine than getting a coach out there... Note it is warm sitting in the front of the helicopter! Just a shame that the delay of the flight and transport to and from the airport ruined the experience a little.

Der Hubschrauberflug war grandios, nur das Service rundherum eher mittelmässig! Ich hatte diesem Event im März gebucht, Startueit 7 Uhr! Am Tag vorher habe ich den Flug noch telefonisch rückbestätigt und am mirgen wTen wir um 5.30 beim vereinbarten Treffpunkt wo noch noch ein Paar wartete! Der Bus nahm nur das andere Paar mit und der Fahrer sagte uns, er hat keinen Platz mehr und wir wurden auf nachmittag verschoben! Das ohne vorherige Kontaktaufnahme und daher unnützes frühes Aufstehen war sehr ärgerlich, und am nachmittag dann kam der Bus 45 min zu spät! Also insg sehr schlechte Organisation! Zumal das andere Paar am Vortag erst direkt beim Veranstalter gebucht hatte, habe ich das Gefühl dass die Get your Guide Kunden hinten angestellt werden!

Wir hatten einen Rundflug über den Grand Canyon gebucht, ohne Zwischenlandung. Wir würden wie vorher besprochen pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt. Alles lief ruhig und super professionell. Der Flug war grandios, eine tolle Kommentierung durch den Piloten. Unfassbar schöne Perspektiven und Bilder. Sehr zu empfehlen!
