We had Richie as a Pilot, he was fantastic. We got picked up at our hotel, comfy bus, straight to the small airport we flew out off. Really efficient. The tour itself was amazing. Really captures the vastness of the Grand Canyon, after seeing it from the air, I think we would of be really disappointed with the bus tour! Only thing that could improve is the communication beforehand around pick up times. I tried emailing for a pick up time & the email bounced back saying it wasn’t in use. I text the number and it was hours in between getting back. I eventually rang the number from the hotel and once I got through they were super friendly and helpful. Overall staff were great! :) highly recommend!

The flight was canceled a day before. But email was forgotten. When we arrived at the airport in the morning, the surprise was great on both sides. We were then offered 2 options. Money back or a free upgrade to a heli flight including landing in the canyon. So we chose that option. Top experience.

The Cessna has one seat on each side, so you can definitely see the scenery from the window. There is also a Japanese commentary on the provided headphones! However, I couldn't get the final confirmation of the pick-up time and place (I didn't receive an email), so I called in English and was finally able to confirm it. I want you to do that properly.
