First, visit St. Barnabas Monastery which is now an icon museum and the tomb of St. Varnabas. Then, drive to see the ancient city of Salamis which dates back to BC and has the largest Roman amphitheatre in Cyprus. Next, travel to Othello’s Tower, where Shakespeare was inspired to write his famous play "Othello." Then, head to St. Nicolas Cathedral, which is now known as Lala Mustafa Mosque and built in the French Gothic style. Afterwards, have some free time within the old city for shopping or more sightseeing.  Your adventure will continue with a visit to the ghost town city of Famagusta. The city has been abandoned since 1974 due to the political issues between the two sides of Cyprus.  You will then be dropped off at your accommodation at the end of tour.

Explore the stone-built village of Pano Lefkara, which is the production center of the famed lace. Leonardo da Vinci visited the village and loved Lefkaritika lace. Besides meandering through the maze of the village, the village's central church is worth a visit and according to local tradition, it houses a piece from the Holy Cross.  Discover the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Choirokoitia Neolithic settlement. Go birdwatching at one of three wetlands near Larnaca, which host thousands of birds and tens of bird species, especially during the annual migration in spring but also in autumn. Thousands of flamingos find refuge during the cold months of the year here (in summer, water is scarce here and the number and no od species of birds diminishes).   Depending on your preference and available time, you can also go for a walk by the manmade lake of Lefkara. Visit other attractions on the way, depending on your pickup location, including the Kamares Aqueduct or the Panagia Angeloktisti Church in the village of Kiti. Complete your day with a delicious, traditional meal at a local restaurant.

At 09:00, you will set sail from Larnaca to Cavo Pyla on a comfortable yacht. There, you will anchor for lunch, drinks and swimming before making your way back to Larnaca marina. You will have the opportunity to sail the yacht yourself with an experienced skipper on-board. A maximum of 8 persons will be required. Breakfast, lunch and soft drinks, snorkeling and fishing equipment will be included. At your leisure, you can stop off to swim, sunbathe and relax on deck, or experience the wonderful underwater world with complimentary masks, snorkels and fins, which will be readily available on-board. Explore the playground of the goddess of love, Aphrodite. This 7-kilometer walk takes place in Akamas, a pristine, almost untouched area of Cyprus. If the customers prefer, we do a longer, 10-km walk and first do the east part of the Adonis trail, reaching the ruins of a medieval monastery for a picnic. From there, the route ascends to the peak known as "Moutti tis Sotiras". Enjoy unobstructed views of the north coast from Cape Arnaouti, the tip of Akamas, towards Chrysochou Bay, and the northwest all the way to Pomos in the northeast. After a pause for a picnic (in summer, we usually stop at a shaded spot) and soaking in the majestic views, walk to the Baths of Aphrodite on the Aphrodite trail (the last stretch is on a coastal dirt road, near the cliff). Depending on travelers' preferences and time availability, the tour route can be made longer (10 or 13 km). Other activities like swimming and snorkeling can also be included (usually during the hot season).

A memorable day with Irini as our tour guide. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting cyprus. The views were excellent and there was a great variety of wines to try at the local winery. The village we visited was quaint and the locals were very friendly. Thanks for a great day!
