I have received txt via WhatsApp fee days before where meet up location was agreed. Coach has arrived promptly on time. Our guide was polite and welcoming. She explained the day schedule and off we went. This days was packed with adventures and I have learned everything there was about the island. We visited caves first, then garden, cueva de Los verdes, we went to the remote village where there was a full buffet with bottle of wine at an extra charge, I would recommend! Food was delicious. Camel ride was fun, drivw around volcanoes. We came back knackered! It was such a full on day!

Good but there is a but! The pick up was stressful as the name of the stop given to me did not match the GPS location. ( Jameous Hotel vs Jameous Playa) I was not sure if I was in correct place, being a visitor. Then pick up and drop off took about an hour extra, so got home tired and exhausted....I was addressed in Spanish most of the time. So after a while I switched off and got out of the tour what I could. The green cave was AMAZING.......the trip to wine tasting a joke, asked if I wanted sweet or not and was hurredly given a mouthful of wine in a dirty looking glass. I have no idea if the wine is amazing or awful. I was not inspired to buy more. Also I'm unsure if riding camels is ethical in this day and age. Those of us who chose not to had to just sit in the hot sun waiting for the poor animals to complete their trip . Positives: company sent me WhatsApp regularly, even what to wear. Trips round the volcanoes caves thrilling, long day, packed with adventure and sights

Was an amazing trip around whole island, 9-17pm, we had a lunch stop as well, we saw a lot of the beauty of Lanzarote. Nazaret, our guide, is such a lovely person, thank you! All passed super professional, from my booking to the end of the trip. Air-conditioned bus, spanish-english languages. I highly recommend this trip because you can see even La Graciosa from distant, was a surprise for me.
