My driver, Putu, was very good. We had good conversation and he was able to explain and answer many of my questions. I learned a lot from him. The hike was great too. We were lucky and the clouds cleared for a perfect sunrise visibility. The only negative is that for the hike, it felt like we had to race to the top. At the meeting point, we were put into groups of 4 and given a hiking guide. All the hiking guides seemed to race to the top. I am not sure why it was such a fast pace and many people were tired. We had plenty of time to get there. When we got to the top, it was still dark. This meant sitting and waiting inthe dark which was cold because it is cold at the top but also because we were sweaty. About half way through I told the guide that the 4 of us wanted to go slower- which his interpretation was more breaks but still going fast, eventually he understood. I got to the top 40 minutes before sunrise

We had such an amazing experience. Cannot thank our guide Wayan Madya enough. My wife is still suffering with long Covid and really struggled on the walk, Wayan really helped to get her up as far as we good and was so understanding and excoriating. When we realised at half way up the mountain, getting to the top was going to be a real struggle, Wayan found us a lovely spot to stop and watch the sunrise, which in the end made it a lot more personably and intimate for the 2 of us. We managed to get some amazing photos with the help of Wayan. It truly was a magical experience we aren’t going to forget anytime soon, and being our honeymoon just made it that extra bit special. I cannot thank Wayan enough, he really made the trip. Ps maybe don’t bother with the hot springs….was a bit grotty

This tour was a great experience. Mount batur hike was challenging but rewarding. The hot springs was great after the hike and the coffee plantation was just what we needed after being awake from 2 am. Our guide Lu assisted us the whole way. Our driver and guide Wira was very friendly and helpful for the whole tour. He explained each area to us as well as stories from Balinese traditions and religion and answered any questions we had. Would recommend this tour and our guide Wira as well.

My tour to the Vulkan was wonderful. The driver was on time at the hotel. The guide during the hiking was very attentive with the group. The group started almost but he wait for me and also help. We were on time on the top and we see a beautiful sunrise. Than we go to the warm pool and it was very relaxing. The coffee at the plantation was also good. I highly recommend this tour for everyone who has hiking experiences. Do not forget good hiking shoes

We First visited waterfall. After that we saw a traditional village, then we drove on a mountain for seeing the Batur. There we had lunch. In the End we had a cool experience in the Jungle Swing and tasted different coffees and teas.
