The kayak trip was beautiful and the guides kept it interesting and fun. You WILL get wet as these are sit ON not IN kayaks. Also, there are many swells to paddle through. The wide bottom of the kayak makes them very stable but could make an inexperienced kayaker uneasy. Also there are many speed boats taking people on tours and they didn’t seem to care if they cut in front of or through our group, even plowing into small spaces along with 12 kayakers.

Quite a fun experience. You get the chance to kayak through the caves and inside some of them too, which is quite impressive. Bear in mind that the duration of the tour includes the boat transportation to the caves and the trip back, so you are not actually around 2 hours kayaking. Overall I think it's a very nice experience, although I will simply rent a kayak next time and go at my own pace

Absolutely fantastic tour with great hosts! Highly recommend.

You can tell that both hosts were passionate about what they do which is really important and made the trip all the more enjoyable. Lagos is really busy with tourists and there are loads of companies for kayaks, small boats etc but I can assure Ricardo will take excellent care of you. Thank you for the perfect kayak experience of Pont de Piedade. Joelle & Nathan Gibraltar

The kayak trip was a highlight in Lagos. We kayaked in pairs around the caves and got to get real close. The sights were amazing and don’t worry about getting photos, they have another guide in a boat who takes photos of the group. Our guide David was great. If you get sea sick from the waves there’s an option to take a support boat back.

The kayak tour was a great way to see the grottoes and the guides were great. The only downside is that they only had double kayaks. I was a single participant and went with one of the guides. The pictures showed single kayaks, so that was a bit misleading. I would have preferred a single kayak. Still enjoyed my time though.
