Full description
Your experience begins as you are welcomed to Morgado do Quintão for a walk around the estate to observe the vineyards. This will also include a brief introduction to the local grape varieties. Following that, enjoy a tour of the grounds throughout a wine-tasting experience that explores the history of the estate, as well as the terroir-driven wines. You will also learn of the estate's plans for the future as they continue to create Algarve’s landmark wines. Your guides will also tell you all about Algarve’s local grape varieties as you enjoy a tasting 3-4 of their wines. As you sample the wines you can learn about how they're made, as well as how to best pair them with food.

My mother and I had a lovely time at this wine tasting. We were lucky to have the owner as our guide and it felt like going over to a new friend’s house for wine and snacks. Beautiful surroundings and truly delicious wine (I say this as someone who rarely drinks alcohol and usually dislikes all wine). I’ll never forget this experience and hope I can return someday.

We had a lovely time sampling 5 wonderful wines. There was also a tasty charcuterie board of different sausages, olives, meats, pickled vegetables and bread. The hostess was delightful and knowledgeable, and she took us on a short walking tour of the vineyards and grounds. It was quite a bargain for all the wines, food and camaraderie. I definitely recommend!
