Meet your guide at your meeting point and hop inside your air-conditioned coach for your day trip. Departure from La Línea de la Concepción / Gibraltar and the journey along the fantastic Atlantic coastline will begin. After the scenic drive along the coast, we will continue to enjoy the landscapes of the white villages, such as the traditional town of Vejer de la Frontera, you will stop for a rest in La Barca de Vejer. Admire the Spanish countryside as you travel to nearby Jerez de la Frontera, famous for its horses and sherry. Upon arrival to Jerez, you will visit one of its historical sherry bodegas. Meet your winemaker host and learn what makes the local sherry special as you tour the grounds. See wooden casks in the cellars and taste a delectable selection of sweet and dry varieties in the unique atmosphere of a “Bodega” during 1 hour and a half. After the visit to the winery your adventure continues to the Bay of Cadiz, with views of the natural park and the salt marshes. Once in Cadiz arrival you will have a taste of one of the oldest city in Europe. The local guide will take you to the city center beside the Cathedral where you will have free time to have lunch and discover the oldest European city with more than three millenniums of history. During approximately 2 hours, you can visit the medieval center and rooftop views from the ‘camera obscura’ (dark room) at the Tower Tavira,climb the viewpoint of a real tower, highest point of the city, from where you can see the whole city and the bay of Cadiz. At the time and place indicated by the local guide, departure from Cádiz along the coast you will admire the panoramics views of the impressive Atlantic Coast to La Línea / Gibraltar.
