The trip was run in a great and very efficient way. Our driver Carlos was excellent. The pick up was right on time; it’s about 1:15 hr drive to the South from Puerto de la Cruz; there is a coffee stop before heading for the ferry. The ride to La Gomera is 50 min; there are several cafes, free wifi onboard. If the weather is good you may want to stay on the deck - we saw pilot whales on the return journey. The weather was brilliant and the island is absolutely scenic and gorgeous. We did several picture stops on top of local hills and learnt about island culture and life. One of highlights for me was the whistling demonstration… just wow! And ask locals for more - they will happily oblige. The walk in laurel forest was short but very beautiful, it’s a unique forest. Lunch was in a nice spot, however, the food was underwhelming. But they give unlimited wine. Visit to the capital was also interesting - Columbus landed here in 1492.

Overall excellent. Pick up bang on time, guide introduced herself & was with us at all times, she got the boarding passes to allow us onto the ferry where there was plenty of time to buy breakfast/ refreshments. Onto a bus for the tour with multilingual commentary . Great stops for photos on the way to the national park where dinner was served & the whistling demonstrated which was also excellent. Lunch was lovely & plenty of it. Some free time after lunch for a quick explore then back on the bus. Another stop at another part of the national park with free time to explore. Then the bus back to San Sebastian via lots if stunning landscapes. Free time in San Sebastian to explore then onto the ferry & back to Tenerife. There we got a bus back to our puck up point. All round an excellent full day tour. Would strongly recommend.

Great experience! Well organized, great sights and crazy driver:-) Thanks for the ride Bruno! Will definately recommend this tour. Liked that there were a lot of short stops, with some information from Colin and time to get some pictures. Also had some time on our own to walk around in San Sebastian. Best thing was the scenery, never seen anything like it. Beautiful! And the ride itself was really funny! Best tip: bring warm clothes, it gets cold in the mountain and in the forrest.

Our guide Manuel tried very hard to bring us closer to the diversity of the island. Everything was well organized and it was definitely worth visiting the island.

Tonio was a great guide and I learned a few more things on this second visit to La Gomera.
