Very easy! Shuttle was on time, driver offered to stop for a bathroom break before we got too deep into the mountains. The drive is scenic and full of farm life. Boat taxi arrived on time and trip was smooth with great views. The second shuttle was waiting for me and the drivers were very friendly and made the journey comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fortunately it was a beautifully sunny day so the lake crossing was even more enjoyable. The entire trip from pick-up to drop off was well organized and efficient. The vehicles were new and well maintained and the roads, though not well maintained, were not as bad as I was expecting and I strongly recommend this as the best way to travel between these two cities.

This boat trip from Monteverde to La Fortuna was amazing from start to finish. I was informed of my pick-up time well in advance and all communication was very easy via WhatsApp. The pick-up from the hotel in Monteverde, boat ride and the short onward journey were on time, the drivers were super nice and helpful and they also explained many interesting things that we passed. In short, I would book this ride again!
