Our original date was cancelled due to there not being enough numbers but thankfully was rescheduled for the next night and the company made sure to make us aware of this so we didn't miss out. The building itself is easy to find with the help of Google maps but the room itself is up two flights of stairs and I'm unsure if there is a lift so it may not be accessible for everyone, but for us it was fine. The host greeted us warmly and we received a nice glass of sparkling wine when we arrived. Before the recital started we were told some information about Chopin and his life which was very interesting. The pianist that night who i think was named Radoslaw (they have a few who take turns) was absolutely amazing, he is so talented. It was great to be able to experience Chopins music live. I would definitely recommend going to a recital while you are in Krakow as you will not regret it!
Energylandia is a great place to go and visit when you are in Poland. I was there with my partner and we had an amazing time and unforgettable adventure. I highly recommended visiting this place for couples, families and friends, because is a lovely day out. We were picked up from our accommodation. Our driver Michael was a nice and helpful person, without any problem he arranged to pick us up from Energylandia earlier then it was in the program. We also received a water and snacks for free which was appreciated.
The coach pick us was easy to find and thankfully we took part in this activity with it being the Thursday evening (12th March 2020) as everything started to close down after this due to the Coronavirus issue. The venue was very impressive as were the entertainers who worked hard and got the audience involved. It was a little confusing as to how to go and get our drinks as we didn’t want to walk across the floor as the entertainers were performing but once we worked out how to avoid the dance floor it was okay.
lovely evening listening to Chopin played expertly and with passion. Only down side was the obvious 'grumpiness' of the pianist when she arrived. This did not affect the playing though - she was very good
This event was really peaceful and tranquil to listen to,the pianist really was a master at the piano absolutely brilliant hour or so listening to chopins music in the ideal venue
