Our guide was very knowledgeable. Although we requested the tour in English, the group was both English speakers (including people whose first language was NOT English) and Polish speakers. The tour had to be given in both languages, which made it very long. It was a four hour tour. We wished we had taken one tour of Krakow Old Town and another tour of Kazimierz. It was just too much, even for people used to walking a lot and learning about history.

Everything was perfectly organised, from the booking onwards. Dominica, our guide, was delightful. Very friendly, charming and knowledgable, and was able to answer our many questions very extensively and thoughtfully. The tour was great; our coffee break marvellous; and Dominca's recommendation for lunch spot on. This was an excellent tour.

Excellent tour of such a beautiful city with a very friendly and knowledgable guise. Was worth every penny and would highly recommend if visiting for the first time as the tour visits many historical buildings which the guide talked about and gave a good historical insight into their purpose throughout the times and the it Helped me appreciate the city in a deeper sense other than was an attractive place to spend a short holday. Also we were taken to a classy cafe/restaurant for lovely cake and a decent cup of coffee and I am a bit of a coffee snob. The guide was also able to answer any questions and also gave suggestions for places to go to including restaurants etc which they don't always mention in guide books. I've booked several trips in a forthcoming trip to Iceland and am confident all willl go well as I've been kept informed including receiving messages direct from the individual tour companies so wouldn't hesitate to recommend get your guide as an agent to book tours through.
