The driver was not there when we arrived at the airport. He was standing by the hotel he was going to pick us up. Took a regular taxi to the hotel and so they promised to pick us up when we were going to the airport. When we were to be picked up, the driver was delayed due to traffic. Luckily we booked it extra early. The driver was nice. And on booking he was also nice and apologized. But all the fuss is lowering the rating this time. If I come back, I will probably book this again.

Very customer-friendly organization. We wanted to change our pick-up point and this was no problem. Let you know just before the agreed time that they are on their way. Nice driver who delivers you to the door of the departure hall.
