Great excursion. Had initial problem with not receiving email confirming pick up time but this was easily sorted with a phone call. Our driver Martin picked us up at our hotel. He was really friendly & informative, giving us lots of information on route, pointing out things of interest etc. He handed us over to our salt mine tour guide who was equally interesting. The mine is just amazing, the sheer size of it takes your breath away! There are literally hundreds of steps, so definitely not suitable for everyone. After the tour we were given the option to choose where we wanted to be dropped off. This was great as we managed to visit Wawel Castle on the way back.

Reliable service. Jerry is a skilled guide/driver who pus real effort in giving everybody a good time and he is very funny and entertaining. The guide at the salt mines ( I believe his name was Marek) was very knowledgeable and also funny. The saltmines are amazing and definitely worth a visit.

Our driver Jerry was excellent, he provided detailed historical information all the way to and from the venue. The Salt Mines yours itself was good however the guide was very softly spoken and we could hardly hear what she said from the centre to the back of the group. We would recommend the used headsets and receivers as they do at Auschwitz; if a loud hailer.
