We were picked up directly from our hotel as prearranged. Our driver spoke Italian and proved to be very helpful and pleasant; on his return, even if not foreseen in the booking, he still left us at our hotel. The guide inside the Mine spoke perfect Italian and was able to involve those present. Highly recommended tour

The mine is wonderful, it is worth visiting ... the only negative note is that the transport company that gets your guide relies on is not the best ... the driver tells you that as soon as the visit is over you have to go out quickly while in reality there are some halls in the mine where you could stop ... moreover, if you are 5 minutes late because perhaps you are buying a souvenir you will be stormed by calls! Finally, the return is not to the hotel but about a 7-8 minute walk due to the intense traffic ... which can be there but at that point it is not pick up and return to the hotel.

Very nice time. The driver is very polite. The trip was organized in the morning, there were no crowds, sightseeing went smoothly without "traffic jams". On the route in the mine, we additionally went to visit the museum at the end of the route - (about 1 hour). I recommend it! With the preserved ticket from Wieliczka, there is a discount for visiting the graduation towers. Great trip! The speed of the route depends on the guide.
