The tour was excellent but I also praise the human touch of our driver: after the tour in Auschwitz II my mother in law was too tired to continue with the salt mine so she waited for us outside in the restaurant were we had lunch. She's over 60 and her english is not good so we notified our driver Cristopher about it and he was so gentle to let her know once we were getting out of the mine and accompany her to the transportation, we were pleasantly surprised for his help :)

The organizers have to make changes to the description of the trip, advertising is a leverage of trade, but these are open lies. Customers are not picked up at the hotel, but all have to go to the meeting point. The same goes for the way back - you are not taken to the hotel, but somewhere around 500m from the hotel, if you do not know the city, GPS helps. If you come across a guide in Oświęcim (apparently) Mr. Krzysztof, it is worth talking to him additionally. A treasury of knowledge, professional and passionate. Magnificent! Beautiful and interesting Wieliczka, I recommend with all my heart. It's worth avoiding dirty Krakow and going straight to Wieliczka and the Salt Mine!

Very interesting trip. Although it is a long day both these activities are worth doing and if you’re in Krakow for only a short amount of time it’s worth combining them. The time on the transport (nice mini bus) is a good rest. Can save money by going on public transport but the ease of this trip made it worth paying the extra.
