We were picked up last and then our guide went into the hotel for a while. That's why it seemed like we were too late. In Auschwitz we had a great guide. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time at the salt mines before the tour started. Something had clearly gone wrong with the guide's appointment. But despite that, this excursion is very worthwhile. Auschwitz very impressive and emotional and the salt mines wonderful to see what they have accomplished underground.

Really good deal, you don't have to worry about anything. I'm polish but we took English version as my girlfriend isn't Polish. Travel is mixed with people going only for one of those attractions, so driving around Kraków between two attractions takes a bit of the time. Communicative English from the guide is granted, don't expect fluency there. I notice some people had problem to hear or understand some things. But 4 out of 5, I recommend!

A fantastic day. We are in transit so this was way time efficient. Brace yourself for a long day of 11-12 hours, where you first become quiet and later you can marvel at nature again. It was a great day under the watchful eye of a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide Gregory.
