This experience is an absolute must! It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me and one I will never forget! The whole visit from start to finish was amazing! Pick up/drop off to your hotel, fresh hot and cold drinks along with a big fruit platter and snacks offered throughout your stay. All the staff are so friendly and attentive. The main guide was really informative and funny! The elephants were well looked after and seemed very content with all the fuss they were receiving. We spent so much time feeding them, making their food then giving them a mud bath and washing them off! It was just exhilarating! You are given a locker to keep your belongings in, and you will shower at the end would bring a change of clothes if you wish. you don’t need your phone as much as you think you will as they will take literally hundreds of photos for you which they email to you for free. 10/10 experience!! A must on your to do list and great opportunity to help support the sanctuary.

Overall we had a lovely jammed packed day …our guide was very very nice and accommodating even climbed the stairs to the temple with us!! English was a bit broken which made a little hard to get additional info on the locations…our driver as well was great…emerald pool was pretty crowded but not something can control.

Amazing experience. Coming from a country where you only get to see these animals in zoos, it was incredible to be able to interact with them up close and on their terms. Wonderful guides, who really care about the elephants and who were warm and very knowledgeable about the elephants. Would recommend this to anyone.

Really good experience despite rain and thunder, cute guides / staff and it was a fun experience to get really close to the elephants and scrub them with water

It was an excelent experience, the staff was incredible and obvious that they love the elephants. It was a plesure to meet them
