Highly recommend this day trip. The sights were really stunning and I learned a lot from the guide. In Kotor, I hiked up to a fort on the mountain for a great view of the fjord, and I still had time to wander around the old town. In Budva, I walked to a beach and it was another great view. If you have lunch in Budva, you'll have the perfect amount of time in each place.
beautiful place, not too far on the coach although passport control at borders were a very long time so be aware if your on a big coach
