This day includes an optional hot air ballooning experience during sunrise. Day 7: Full-Day Cappadocia Tour - Istanbul with Breakfast In the morning, admire the lunar landscape of the Devrent Valley. Stop at Avanos, the center of terra cotta works of art since 3000 BC, and enjoy a demonstration in a traditional pottery workshop. Transfer to the airport for your domestic flight from Kayseri to Istanbul and then head to your hotel for an overnight stay. Explore the legendary "fairy chimneys" and rock-cut houses of Cappadocia and experience the spectacular landscape from multiple perspectives. Day 1: Start at approximately 05:00 AM and stop for breakfast en route to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, marvel at the rock formations and rock-carved houses, and visit Saratli Underground City (Kirkgoz) to explore its corridors with your guide. Then, drive to Pigeon Valley for lunch at a scenic restaurant. Gaze in awe at the castle in Uchisar Valley, and then visit a rock house. Drive to the Göreme Valley for a stunning panorama and go inside a rock-cut church in Cavusin village to learn about the area's religious past. Get the chance to purchase onyx jewelry on the way to your accommodation in Urgup, where an open buffet dinner awaits. Attend an optional folk dance show.  Day 2: Experience Cappadocia like a bird on an optional early morning hot air balloon ride. Start with a 09:00AM pick-up from your Cappadocia hotel and your first stop will be Saratli Underground City. This city has many similarities with the Hideen Saratlı Underground Cities. The underground city has spread to large areas but a small part has been cleaned. Underground cities date back to the Hittite period, mainly carved to protect themselves from the attacks in an emergency. They were used by the Christians during early Christianity from the slaughter of the Roman Empire. After visiting the underground city, drive to Tepesi Delik Han Caravanserai, one of Cappadocia's most important historical locations. Have lunch at 01:00PM and then drive to Lake Tuz, a saline lake occupying a huge area in the arid central plateau of Turkey. Göreme National Park and the Rock Sites of Cappadocia were added to UNESCO’s World Heritage list in 1985. Discover these natural wonders on a 3-day professionally guided tour, choosing from Alanya, Side, and Belek departures. Cappadocia, located in eastern Anatolia, boasts a unique historical and cultural heritage. In addition, the landscape of the region’s Devrent, Paşabağ, and Pigeon valleys is characterized by unusual fairy chimney formations. Millions of years ago, 3 of Cappadocia’s mountains were active volcanoes. Volcanic eruptions and erosion of the tuff layers of volcanic ash created the formations you see in the area today. Day 1: You will be met at the airport, either Nevsehir or Kayseri before a delivery to your hotel in Cappadocia. This hotel will be a 4 star or boutique hotel, including a breakfast and lunch. Day 2: First day in Cappadocia, a hotel transfer will pick you up at 9:15 AM, seeing Uchisar, Goreme Open Air Museum, Cavusin, Avanos, Pasabagi Fairy Chimneys, Devrent Valley and Urgup. 5:30 PM you will arrive back to your hotel. Optional Hot Air Balloon tour 120 Euro, per person, extra.  Day 3: Second day in Cappadocia, leaving your hotel at 9:15 AM, to visit Goreme Panorama sights. Afterwards you will see the underground city, Ihlara Valley and Selime Monostry. Finishing the tour for the day at 5:30 PM, you will be driven to the next accommodation at Konya, arriving around 8:00 PM. The accommodation will be a 4 star hotel with breakfast and lunch.  Day 4: Starting at 9:00 AM, first visiting the Tomb of Rumi in the Museum of Mevlana, which is an important place of pilgrimage for Muslims. Then to visit the Ottoman-era Sultan Selim Mosque before having a lunch in a traditional Turkish restaurant. Once lunch is finished, you will be driven to Aladdin Hill, and then drive to Pamukkale. Hotel drop off will be around 9:00 PM in a 4 star Pamukkale hotel with breakfast and lunch. Day 5: Starting your day at 9:30, visiting the red springs in the nearby village of Karahayit. Entering then Hierapolis from the North Gate, on to then Necropolis, Bath and Basilica, Frontinius Gate, Frontinius Street, Latrina, Northern Byzantine Gate, Fountain of the Tritons and the Temple of Apollo. There will be free time to swim in the Cleopatra Antique Thermal Pool (admission fee extra). The tour will finish with at the Hierapolis portion of your adventure with a visit to the large and well-preserved Theatre. You will be driven to Kusadasi for the night, arriving at your 4 star hotel at around 8:00 PM in Ephesus, with breakfast and lunch included. Day 6: Starting at 9:30 AM, you will see the House of Virgin Mary. Then you will see the Ancient Ephesus and Temple of Artemis (Diana). Your tour will finish at 5:30 PM at your hotel.  Day 7: You will be picked up from your hotel at 9:30 AM, to see the Pergamon Acropolis and Asclepion, an ancient hospital, health centre and propylaeum of the Temple of Athena.
