What I should start with? Let's start with the communication with the company which was pretty nice, I sent some questions about the tours during the day and some times at a late tome like 3 am or 4 am and I always get an answer whenever I send, This a one of the most things I liked. For the organizing, everything seemed to be smooth and on time, All drivers were kind and some of them turned some music and made some entertaining which was really fantastic. I requested and English guides and all guides I met Salma, Mohammed, Ali, Sara all were reliable and very knowledge and now for the most important part, The cruise ship which was Jaz Jubilee cruise, It was a Luxurt ship although their services include just a 5-star one however, they upgraded my accommodation without charging me any extra and this was very very impressive. I made unforgettable memories in Luxor and Aswan and enjoyed my time at all places very very much. For sure without hesitation, I RECOMMEND IT 100% , THANK YOU :)!.

What a perfect cruise! We had superb time, Everything was very well arranged and organized. Our room was excellent with incredible Nile view! Our tour guide that was with us in Luxor (Yola) was super knowledge and give us a lot of information about the culture and the history of the temples. she was really passionate and gave us all the information and even more! Also the tour guide in Aswan which was Mr. Hamdi, he was also really expert. The Sunrise from the hot air balloon was just exceptional and AMAZINGGGG! We will now leave with unforgettable moments, Thank you very much!

The cruise was really great, we had a great time. The temples are extraordinary and the hot air balloon ride breathtaking. Everything was very well organized, we had private French guides almost every time it was royal. The boat's room is good, with air conditioning and private bathroom. The restaurant is super good (buffet), with vegetarian options. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the boat. Only negative point: you have to pay 20€ by phone to have Wifi (and the wifi is only available at the reception) I recommend 100%!

I was on the fence between 4 and 5 stars but ended up at 5 because I got good value for my money.

Fantastic experience, super knowledgeable guide. Friendly service.
