Koh Lanta: Adventure Sea Tour to Koh Rok and Koh Haa

1. Koh Lanta: Adventure Sea Tour to Koh Rok and Koh Haa

Get picked up either by speed boat directly from the hotel beach or by car from the lobby (depends on the location of the resort). Cruise on a modern speed boat from Koh Lanta to Koh Rok in less than 1 hour with professional skipper and knowledgeable fluent English speaking tour guide. The new and spacious boat offers both outdoor and indoor saloons, clean toilet and is equipped with the latest safety and navigational equipment. All our crew are trained in first aid and CPR. Protected as part of Mu Ko Lanta National Park, these twin islands are some of the most beautiful in Thailand’s Andaman Sea with brilliant white sand beaches, crystal turquoise waters, expansive coral reefs and metre-long land monitor lizards. The sister islands of Koh Rok consist of Koh Rok Nai (the 'inner' island which is closer to the mainland) and Koh Rok Nok (the 'outer' island). They are separated by a 250 m coral channel and much of the corals are not more than 5 metres under the surface and can be easily explored with a snorkel. We advise to bring your Go Pro or waterproof phone case to capture the amazing underwater scenes. During the trip you will make several snorkel stops around Koh Rok and enjoy a delicious Thai lunch served on Koh Rok Nai. Spend leisure time strolling on the long white sandy beaches of Ao Man Sai, Laem Thong and Sarn Chao Beach. For the more sporty of you, follow the trail leading up to Pha Samed Daeng, a viewpoint affording sweeping northern vistas to Koh Ngai and Koh Lanta. Book this tour with confidence to enjoy the best quality service you deserve on your holiday. Remember that it's only available from 15th October to 15th May every year due to the tropical monsoons and the closure of the National Park during low season.

Overall rating

There were some jellyfish on the first dive site of the day, and some people were taken by the tour guide to quickly take medicine to ease him. But it was embarrassing that no one dared to go to the sea again. The tour guide changed to the third point without jellyfish. There are a large number of fish. The visibility is very good. Everyone has a good time. After lunch, there is still time to take a photo on the beach. The second dive spot is relatively small, but the fat and lazy starfish is generally said that the underwater scenery is not great. It ’s too subjective to see where. Comparison but service I believe the whole ship is very satisfied so it seems this trip is better

Overall great snorkeling tour. Were a bit skeptical at first because there were no reviews to read yet. Pickup was smooth, boat was great, and snorkeling spots okay too. Unfortunately we were quite a lot of people on the boat, the guides nevertheless tried very hard. During the first 2 stops there were also numerous other boats. At the last stop, only ours. The minus point was that after the lunch break we had to wait an hour at the meeting point for the boat. None of the guides apologized or explained where the problem was. The organization could be better.

A very nice excursion and nice snorkelling. We were at Similan Islands, which is known for fine snorkeling, a couple of days earlier but actually thinks snorkeling was better on Koh Rok. There was plenty of time for snorkelling, lunch and relaxation. Very good staff who did everything in order for us and the children to have a good experience. The lunch was also great! Highly recommended if you like to snorkel.
