1. 1000 Islands: 10, 20, or 30-Minute Scenic Helicopter Tour

Experience the 1000 Islands from the air on a breathtaking helicopter tour. Choose your own adventure with three unique tour options ranging from 10 to 30 minutes. Depart from Gananoque Heliport, located within a 20-minute drive east of Kingston via Highway 401 in beautiful Gananoque, Ontario.  Check in at the front desk then relax in the lounge before your pre-flight briefing. Feel the thrill as you rise above lush greenery, sandy beaches, and rocky cliffs, admiring the sights from your guaranteed window seat.  Wear audio headsets complete with microphones for easy communication. Enjoy pilot-narrated commentary in English or select one of the recorded multilingual audio tours. The duration depends on your selected option. Choose the 10-minute tour for a taste of the 1000 Islands, including the town of Gananoque, the Admiralty Islands, Navy Islands, and the Lake Fleet Islands. Explore further on an Ontario Signature Experience: a 20-minute tour that includes both the U.S. and Canadian spans of the Ivy Lea Bridge, and Boldt Castle on Heart Island.  The most popular option is a Canadian Signature Experience: an extended 30-minute ‘Two Castle’ tour that sends you flying over sunken shipwrecks and nation-spanning bridges, as well as Boldt and Singer Castles.

What people are saying about Kingston, Ontario

Money well spent to see the vastness of the islands and the landmarks.I surprised my 12 year old grandson for his birthday and we both throughly enjoyed our experience. Our pilot Brianne was very knowledgeable and guided us through the procedures of take off and guided us on the landmarks that we were seeing.I will definitely encourage my friends and family to take this tour .

Super nice hostess and pilot! Very simple procedure, no waiting Very pleasant flight, a very different and complementary vision than by boat On the other hand, the photo of Boldt Castle is misleading, do not expect to approach it, you will only see it from very far away!

This experience was incredible! Certainly an adventure, a chill in the belly during landing and take-off, wonderful scenery. It was worth every minute flying for 1000 islands !!

Excellent view of the 100 Islands from Gan to Alexandria Bay and Rockport. Excellent explanation and the lady receptionist are great people

Fantastic tour, million dollar views from the skies. Great staff!
