What people are saying about Khao Lak

Oat and Ding were fabulous. We had an amazing day! The market was most interesting. Oat bought some mango and rose apple for us to try. The elephant sanctuary was so much fun. Feeding, mudding, bathing, walking. Then off to the restaurant where we made Tom Yum soup and ate enough for a week! We felt full and sleepy for our bamboo raft ride. The coffee from bamboo cups woke us up. Overall a perfect day

The tour was very nice. My girlfriend was a little skeptical beforehand because you hear a lot about animal abuse at the elephant attractions in tourist areas, but you could see that the animals are treated really well there. Many elephants otherwise often have tattered ears from the hooks their "trainers" use. This was not the case here. All the animals looked healthy and well fed.

The excursion was well organized, picked up and dropped off at our hotel. The speedboat was in excellent condition and it took only 1.5 hours to get to the Similan Islands. The scenery is stunning, the water is crystal clear. The snorkelling wasn’t the greatest but it was a great day on the water.

incredible but the speed boat is super cramped which made it very hard to move around

Was one of the best days on vacation! We can only recommend the tour to everyone :)
