Full description
You’ll be met at your hotel and transferred to the Kemer marina to board the boat that will take you on this full-day excursion to the ancient city of Phaselis. Phaselis was once a major trading center, boasting 3 separate harbors. At the site of the ancient city you’ll find many ruins of aqueducts, agora, baths, and an antique theater. The bay’s sheltered pebble beaches are delightful and the waters are shallow, calm, and safe for swimmers. After lunch at the bay, your boat will set sail for the next stop, either at Paradise Island or at the lovely bay known as Mehmet Ali Bükü. After a swimming break there, you’ll sail on to the last stop, which will be at Alaca Water, a lovely inlet that’s an ideal spot for another swimming and snorkeling break before returning to Kemer.

Okay, room for improvement.

Whilst booking, I was not asked where I was staying for the free hotel collection. I had to ring customer service, which cost me money to get the hotel added. We were picked up on time, however the boat didn't leave the marina until 11.15 am. In all, we were sat on the boat for 2 hours before we left for the trip. The boat was quite full, and I think lots of people struggled to find a seat. The only music played was aimed at Iranian passengers as there was more of them, not an issue really but would have been nice to keep it varied. There was only one stop on the trip, however I stayed on the boat to save the seat I'd warmed for 2 hours earlier. People were able to swim at this point, and jump off the side of the ship. Lunch was cold, it was a free for all with no queuing system, I was lucky to get anything to eat at all. I wouldn't call it BBQ, it was a tiny bit of fish, cold noodles and old salad. The trip lasted 5 hours, not 10 as advertised. The views were great and staff friendly.

Ride into the blue with pirate "Jack Sparrow"

Pleasant (day) boat tour with disco music, swimming stops and (as with most day trips at least on the Turkish Riviera: usual simple) lunch on board. Unfortunately, no information about special features on the bank. (There was no promised German comment anyway.) Contrary to the presentation, Phaseli's entry was not included. (Extra cost: 20 lira.) Transfer: communication breakdown. - According to his customer, the provider tried to announce a new pick-up time. (However, do not leave a message in the hotel.) / Replacement date was possible and used from the following day. 'Drop-off': did not exist. An announcement on the ship would have been good here. Conclusion: You can safely take one of the several pirate ships - based on the price. There are (almost) no qualitative differences./ Anyone who has already taken a pirate boat trip in Alanya knows what to expect. For everyone else: No risk, no fun. :-)

The tour was good and well organised However it would be good if it was a little shorter and if they made announcements as to where you were stopping with a brief bit of information of that area
