What people are saying about Kefalonia

This was a great day out with our guide Theodore who was friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about the area and answering all our questions. He also volunteered to take family photos at all the scenic viewpoints. The minibus tour was great but the high light of the trip had to be the boat excursion to Navagio (shipwreck) beach where you get to spend an hour before being taken to the blue caves. I was amazed how far they took the boat in to the caves, we were lucky that at one of the caves the water was not too choppy and were able to take a quick swim here too. Theodore didn’t join us on the boat trip but his colleague Kostas was also very pleasant. After the boat trip there is a quick lunch stop at a local taverna which was okay - my wife says her prawns were amazing. A quick stop at the oldest olive tree on the island and then back to be dropped if at our accommodation. A thouroughly good day and I felt it was great value.

It was a very varied and great day. You could feel his joy and openness with our guide Dennis, he was also extremely attentive to the group and distributed water to everyone at the beginning (even if according to the description this was not included). Above all, we appreciated his friendly and easy-going manner. Dennis also always asked about our well-being and shaped the trip with a lot of humor. We would definitely recommend the trip, we were able to explore the popular parts of the island and see all the beaches as per the plan. The trip to the shipwreck was one of our big highlights! There were plenty of opportunities for eating/drinking breaks and toilet stops throughout the program.

We were picked up on time in a clean, well-air-conditioned bus. The tour was great. We stopped at many places but were told early on that we wouldn't be able to visit Shipwreck Beach due to high winds that day. Although we weren't able to visit the beach, we did get to visit one of the farms on the island and learned a lot about the history of the farm, met some animals and got to try some delicious wine! Dennis was a lovely tour guide and I'd happily book the tour again.

Little bit late to pick up, but experience with this price was excellent!

Great day, friendly staff. Lovely food, plenty of Wine Loved the music
