The staff was friendly and the bikes were fun. We skipped 3 of the locations and barely made it back before our time was up. I don't think 6 hrs. is enough time to visit all of the destinations on the tour list that the company provides and you spend time at each one. It was somewhat difficult to hold a cell phone to follow the GPS to the various locations. For safety and convenience, I'd suggest using a phone holder for bikes. (if you don't typically bike ride, your rear end may be sore) The directions to each location could have provided more details to guide you to the precise destination. You may have to be creative in finding a place to lock your bike once you've reached the area. I would recommend this activity because we did enjoy the ride, but I would definitely suggest the phone holder, and patience with following the GPS.

We thoroughly enjoyed this adventure! The guys at the shop were extremely helpful with suggestions and instructions. It was a fantastic day of bike riding and snorkeling. Swimming with sea turtles is not to be missed when you are in Maui! This is a fantastic way to enjoy the pace of life there. There are many places to stop for food with picnic areas available. This was our favorite outing of our trip. We highly recommend it!

We had a blast on the bikes. I would do this activity again. My one caution is to be mindful of the comfort level and experience of the rider. The bikes are tall and weigh a lot smaller framed folks my struggle.

Very pleased with the service . Excellent E-Bike Tour.
