I was worried about the location when I saw that it was across the street from Safeway and not on the water, but once we got there I was instantly put at ease and the whole experience from the moment you check in until the end of the show was absolutely WONDERFUL! I’ve been to Luaus before on Oahu and Maui and this was by far the best “production” and the food was quite good as well! The performers, singers, dancers, fire dancers were all top notch and because it was more “indoors” they were able to really utilize lights and sound for a beautiful show! The main fire dancer guy was incredible! We had our two daughters 8 and 13 with us and I was worried they would be bored, but they absolutely loved it. A well oiled machine shuffling all of us through the buffet! I Highly recommend!

We were on a afternoon arrival cruise ship and was thrilled to be able to have an activity for the evening. (I highly recommend booking 2-3 months in advance) I was told by locals this was one of 2 authentic family run luaus that told a story. We purchased the gold tickets- definitely worth the extra. The vendors inside were great quality- I purchased a hand woven gold/silver bracelet that was beautiful! The show was spectacular! Everything I would have wanted. The costumes were beyond beautiful. It was very well done and just the right amount of time. The roasted pig was great- everything else was kinda average as far as food goes. But I have no complaints- I came for the show.

The Luau Kalamaku was excellent. We were greeted with fresh flower leis, handsome musicians, a great family photo op. The pre show and atmosphere was lovely. The food was good too. We had the buffet. The main show with the dancing and story telling was really impressive. We brought our teenage grandsons and our daughter. It was enjoyed by all very much. We visited Hawaii 15 years ago so we knew what to expect but this was even more. We high recommend this Luau.

Outstanding evening with a variety of things to do. Local vendors are present with their wares (photography, jewelery, soaps, woodworking, etc). Food is a buffet, delicious. If you want to try poi, it is available on request. Together with the show, this event is well worth the price.

VIP experience is the only way to go! We were treated like royalty! The food and show was amazing!
