Kathmandu: Spa Package with Massage and Facial

10. Kathmandu: Spa Package with Massage and Facial

Treat yourself to a visit to the spa which is a fantastic way to relax and de-stress, offering a great opportunity to separate yourself from life’s everyday stressors and have some precious ‘me time’. Let your body unwind with a 1-hour body massage and 30-minute facial and spa facilities. Facials are known to help delay and prevent the onset of wrinkles by stimulating skin cells and hydrating the skin. Additionally, generally giving yourself time to relax and de-stress is a great anti-aging technique in itself.  General aches and pains are a common occurrence for many, with exercise, sleeping on an unsupported mattress, and sitting for long periods of time at a desk all contributing to them. A great way of relieving these aches is via a relaxing massage, either full body or one that focuses on your problem areas, which helps to fully relax the muscle and tissue. Massage can also help to improve your blood circulation and regulate your blood pressure if you have them regularly

The whole trip was amazing. Though we had to add three additional days of hiking as because of bad weather there were no flights to Lukla, we enjoyed it a lot. It was a little bit intense at the beginning as we wanted to get to the original plan asap, but we were glad for it in the end as we were able to see the more authentic side of Nepal. Later we continued on the trail as it was planned and successfully made it to both EBC and Kala Patthar. Our guide always took care of us and managed everything we needed and wanted with no problem. It was very comfortable to have a guide who can arrange everything as it was the first time we were in Nepal and to be honest, it can be a little bit chaotic for Europeans :)) Also, he managed us our porter and sometimes helped me with some my stuff himself <3 Hari, the organiser, was there for us all the time as well and ready to help and manage anything we needed. Back in Kathmandu we also had a nice little party. I can only recommend this trip!

What a wonderful experience! The journey from Day 1 to Day 3 was just majestic. Ramesh is an incredible and knowledgeable guide. He provided with me helpful information and guidance. The tour company is very lucky to have someone like Ramesh. I still had my own time and privacy for the 3 day adventure. I’ve made good friends, ate good food and saw amazing sights. I’m so glad to I did this activity. If you don’t have enough time, I recommend doing this, but for sure come back to Nepal to do more activities. Thank you Anu and Ramesh.

We had a great day tour of Kathmandu with Kapil as our guide. We were promptly picked up from our hotel in a comfortable car with a/c. We spent 6 hours exploring Kathmandu’s main attractions, and loved seeing everything! Kapil has a great amount of knowledge, and is very personable and friendly - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the tour company and in particular Kapil.

I had such a great time on this tour. My guide was so knowledgeable and friendly, answering every question I had. There was no need for rushing and I had plenty of time to see everything. It was definitely a pleasant and fun experience! 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great time learning about the various temples and religious sites around Kathmandu. Bhim, my guide, is very knowledgeable and generous with sharing more information of Kathmandu, together with suggestions on what else to do/visit around town.
