Full description

Meet your guide at Mićanovi dvori. The 5-hour activity begins with instruction on how to use your equipment before heading out on a 14.5-kilometer kayaking experience. Depending on pace and physical fitness, the trip can last from 2.5-4 hours. The goal is for everyone to enjoy time in the water to the best of their ability! In the summer, when the water level is low, you’ll head down the river by kayak. The rest of the year, when the water is high, you’ll make your way down the river by raft. Kayaks can seat 2 people and a raft can seat from 6-10 people, including the skipper. You’ll be in a group of 30 people (15 kayaks), with 2 skippers to guide you.

Be sure to bring an additional t-shirt, extra shoes for the water, a towel, water, fruit, a mobile phone/camera, sunglasses and sunscreen. You'll be given a waterproof box to hold the items at the start of the tour

The team was very organized and all spoke very good English. The route is mainly for beginners and was a bit boring at times but the beautiful views and nature makes up for it, swimming near the falls was amazing. Unfortunately, the river was a bit crowded with kayaks and there were always waiting times to keep the group complete. Overall it was a great day and I highly recommend it.

One of the best days in Croatia! Fun, fantastic nature, breathtaking views and very well organized activity. We were there with our kids (12 and 9), no problems. The bathing in the river at the waterfall - amazing! Thumbs up! But reserve whole day for the activity - it takes longer than 5 hours and you will be tired afterwards.

Brilliant team, patient. Good at what they do.

Luckily I have been kayaking before, because there wasn't much instructions for the beginners. But overall the area is beautiful and the river is clear and perfect water. Not mentioned is that once you go to meeting point, they ask you drive and follow them another 14km. Then they only take drivers back at the end. So don't turn up with an empty fuel tank. And take some cash for the person waiting behind at finishing point.
