What people are saying about Kanto Region, Japan

When I arrived at the place, the students of the person in charge of the experience were practicing and you can see that it is a real dojo. Then the experience began with a very clear and didactic class on what a Katana is, its history and how they are built. After that we were allowed to make the cuts on tatami mats. Really one of the best days of my stay in Japan, I totally recommend it if you are a fan of bushido and the mysticism that surrounds the figure of the Samurai. I also want to highlight the sympathy and goodwill without leaving aside the seriousness of his knowledge of Sumida Yoshioki in charge of the dojo and the experience, I left very happy back on the train.

Yoshioki Sensei is absolutely amazing! I took this class with my father and we were lucky enough to be the only students that day, so we got a private class. Sensei structures the class so it is informational, fun and physically challenging. I would recommend this class to anyone traveling near Tokyo. It is well worth the trip and cost!

This experience is a must if visiting Tokyo! Sumida-san is very knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. We had a great time learning about sword maintenance, cutting and sparring! Highly recommend.
